On a dry but cold morning ground conditions were much improved. We were able to use our normal course although we had to avoid the newly-planted trees around the park! It was great to see more new faces - welcome to all our new runners, and well done if you ran a PB today.

This morning we had a good turnout given the blustery conditions - well done to everyone who came along! Our first placed runner, Adam, managed to break the 20 minute mark, which is hopefully a sign of the conditions improving around the park. Well done to our junior runner Cameron who set a PB and we also welcomed 2 news runner this morning, Colm and Mark. See you all next week!
The sun was shining for Valentine's Day but with a temperature of 2C, a biting North-East wind blowing in your face on the long back straight, and a muddy course, conditions were not easy. Well done to James Hankers for crossing the finishing line ahead of the field on his first run with us, and also to our younger runners Edward and Carys for running personal bests.
Well done to everyone who turned up this morning - it wasn't a bad turnout all things considered. No PBs broken today which was probably to do with the conditions of the park. We're hoping to for less rain next week so the conditions can improve and so can our times!
